Returns Policy

At Zeebloem Limited, we want you to be happy with your order. Our Returns Policy differs for floral and retail products due to their nature.

Floral Products (Perishable)

• Flowers and arrangements are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their perishable nature.
• If your flowers arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

Retail Products (Non-Perishable)

• Retail items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with proof of purchase.
• A store credit will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Sale items, gift cards, and custom/personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
